What happens when the trial ends?
Adding and confirming records requires a payment method after 30 days. Reading, sharing and exporting existing records continue to work. Records are never withheld.
What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
They remain yours. A full export is available at any time, including after cancellation. Deleting a document deletes the stored file rather than hiding it.
Do my vendors pay anything?
No. Vendors send email to an address you provide. They are never asked to create an account.
Does Binder certify that my locations are compliant?
No. Binder records what your vendors reported and what you confirmed, and reports what those records show. Compliance determinations are made by your authority having jurisdiction.
